A history of educating hard of hearing people goes back long before Jones H. Gallaudet and Alexander G. Bells squared away at the end with the 19th 100 years. Each of these guys believed that deaf persons could and should be well-informed, but every differed in the way to accomplish that feat. Nevertheless , for most of recorded record, deaf people were treated because nothing more than pets.
